Our first holiday vacation. Although it was record lows in Florida, we were not disappointed! This condo had Everything & then some. Very Very clean! Spectacular views! Privacy & everything you need, from kitchen to beach. Owner was very quick to respond with any questions. Walk to any place downtown. Can’t wait to return!

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful home. Every year we go on vacation with my parents and this one will be tough to beat. The house was incredibly comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. We enjoyed all the living spaces, the beach chairs and umbrella saved us from having to rent and the bikes were a nice touch for morning fun. We would choose to stay here for all our stays in the future.

This unit is very well cared for and the cleanliness was noticeable the minute we walked in the door. We had a great time and Glori was very quick to answer any questions I had during the stay.

We checked in on Saturday and the townhouse was perfectly clean. Stocked with necessities! The game room is a plus for larger parties and the beach is so close you can walk almost anywhere that you would need to go. Morning view of the dock is incredible! Pool was warm, clean and very relaxing! Beds were also very comfortable with spacious rooms. The elevator made moving in and out so much easier. I honestly cannot complain about one thing at this property it was immaculate! The host did an awesome job making sure the house is clean comfortable and ready for a vacation full of memories

Perfect place for vacation

I spent a week in this townhome with my 13 year old kids and husband and there was not one thing that we could have needed. The owners have thought of absolutely everything to make a vacation even better. The place is absolutely gorgeous, the beds are amazing, even the smallest details have been thought out. There are bikes, helmets, beach toys, towels, carts, chairs, coolers, wagon and anything else you could need for beach trips. I think we would have to stay again (and will) to use and enjoy everything. It’s a fantastic location and everything is wishing walking distance. It’s perfect if you have older kids that can venture out on their on. We mini golfed, rode segways, took a kayak/paddle board tour, spent 2 full days on the beach, many hours in the pool and at night my husband and I enjoyed fabulous food and cocktails all over South Beach. This was our third trip on a family vacation to Clearwater Beach and this rental was our absolute favorite!! We are already planning to book this again next year. If you are looking at this place don’t wait!! Book now! You will not regret it!!

A perfect townhome in Clearwater Beach

We loved this property. This was our second year coming in February and this location was perfect! We could walk to all the action, beach, restaurants but were on a quiet stretch on the waterway. The place itself was perfect for our needs - a downstairs room by the pool; rooftop sofas and fire pit with grill and table for dining and sunsets - beds were so comfortable- and it was fully stocked for everything we needed to cook. Which we did most mornings and nights.
As well everything we asked about was quickly addressed. And arriving we were greeted with a bottle of wine. We cannot recommend this spot enough and hope to return.

The condo was exactly as advertised and ended up being a great location for our family. We spent several days at the beach, several more sitting by the pool, and even drove to Orlando one day. The washer and dryer came in very handy. When we arrived we were met with a great welcome card and gift. Glori was very quick to answer any questions we had and was very gracious with our check-in. This is most definitely a five star property that I would highly recommend to any of my friends and family. They had absolutely everything we needed and I’ve never stayed at a place that was as well stocked as this one!! The property was beautiful and the setting on the bay and the rooftop view was the most relaxing experience! The walk to the beach was very easy and pleasant. The entire house was sparkling when we arrived and it is a beautiful place in every way. The hostess was awesome to work with and easy to reach if I had any questions whatsoever!! The owner has thought of everything in this property. She already has the staples in the house i.e., spices, TP, paper towels, blenders, etc.
Had a fabulous week here!! Great house, clean pool and area and great location. You can walk to shops and restaurants and Publix supermarket delivers!!! And there is a shuttle that will take you to Tampa/ and south down restaurants and shops!!

We had a great vacation. The condo is just like the pictures. Everything you need and more is there to use. We had numerous flight issues getting into Florida and Glori was amazing same with the cleaning crew we saw on their way out very nice. You get responses quickly from Owner and other units have some people vacationing and some live their and everyone was very friendly and helpful and fun to chat with. This is our 2 time at these set of condos and this one is our favorite. Cant wait to come back.

We absolutely loved this property. It was very clean & had so many extras we did not have to worry about for the kitchen, beach, etc. The rooftop was utilized every morning for coffee & breakfast as well as in the evenings for dinner & cocktails. The main balcony was great for playing cards & enjoying the view of the marina. The beach location was not ideal for us as it was too crowded, however it was an easy walk & has everything needed from shops, restaurants, market etc. We look forward to coming back in the future with the kids. This was our first time traveling to Florida with two young kids. The house was absolutely perfect for family activities and entertaining. The onsite pool was amazing and well suited with all of the pool toys you could imagine.
Another great feature was the roof top seating and fire pit. We found it very relaxing to sit and watch the sun set each night.
Overall, all the reviews you read and very true and accurate. This house made our family vacation very memorable and we would definitely return in the future.

Glori was super responsive to any questions that I had prior to arrival or doing our stay. The unit is huge, with four levels. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony and bikes are provided which we used every morning. They also have beach chairs, an umbrella, wagon, cooler, rafts, beach toys, kayaks, everything you can think of. Not to mention the kitchen, it is well stocked with everything you need. We enjoyed the rooftop deck, beautiful views at night while sitting around the firepit. The pool was not crowded the week we were there so we had a private pool every single day which is just outside the first floor of the unit. Overall it was a great stay and we would definitely return.

If you are looking to stay in the Clearwater area and this place is available... just stop scrolling. The owner of this property has taken care of everything and this really is a home away from home. We had such an amazing time and the beach cart truly made the less than 5 minute walk to beach a breeze since we didn’t have to carry any heavy stuff in the heat.
The rooms are comfortable and the Sonos speakers, smart TVs, board games, cocktail glasses, blenders, etc. will make you want to spend every evening at the unit :)
We saw a ton of wildlife in the water as well!!
We will be back for sure... so maybe I shouldn’t be leaving such a good review... actually yea don’t book this place unless you invite me as well :P

This home is lovely and very tidy! The location is perfect - away from the noise, but a short 5-10 minute walk to most anything you would want.
We never heard the neighbors (except for the elevator slightly). Although we had no members with mobility issues, out teenage daughters felt really spoiled with the private elevator :-)
This home is larger than we typically rent for vacation, but with the pandemic ongoing, we wanted everyone to have plenty of space since we were in more than a typical vacation.
Glori's communication was always prompt. We had no issues during our stay - everything was perfect. The attention to detail and providing all of the extras for her guests is truly exceptional! We were amazed how much was included - even down to Ziplock bags!
I certainly hope we will have the opportunity to stay again in the future!

Family Getaway

We were very pleased with our stay at Brightwater Cove in Clearwater Beach. The house was spacious, clean and had everything we needed and some extras! Definitely appreciated all the beach equipment and a good, sturdy beach wagon. There are bikes and kayaks for your use - we ran out of time for bikes but did use the kayaks. The pool was not busy so being outside the lower level door was very convenient and not bothersome in the least. The host was very good with communication and flexible in situations that permitted. The kitchen was well equipped; however, we personally did not cook dinners - only breakfast and lunch. We did do one cookout though with the grill provided. A tip on beaches is that the south end is quite compact and busier but does have cabanas, lounge chairs and umbrellas (although home had an umbrella) for rent if you prefer that scenario or drive or bike less than a mile north and use the north end of the beach which is more open and spacious but no rentals. Just depends on your preferences - we did some of both. We would rent the home again if back in Clearwater Beach.

Where do I even begin with this AMAZING property. We had a group of 6 young adults, age ranging 24-28, traveling together for the first time by ourselves. This place had it ALL. We were greeted by a surprise left for us on the counter that helped us feel welcome and ready for our week in paradise. Check-in process was easy and Glori communicated in a timely manner when we had specific questions. We immediately made use of the pool. We grabbed some of the provided beach towels and floats and had the privacy of a pool right through the back door, even though it is a shared pool, we rarely saw other guests and rarely had other families in the pool with us. There were lounge chairs and even an umbrella table if you wanted to play games; which we did every day when we got back from the beach. The boys in our group also loved the access to the docks. We had fishing gear and we purchased bait and were able to catch all sorts of sea life: catfish, stingrays, eels. For a group of young adult men they constantly want entertainment and this townhouse had everything they could ever need. The addition of the hang out room in the garage gave them enough space to stay up late and use the provided Xbox while the girls could sleep or use the tv upstairs to watch what we wanted. This townhouse is in such close proximity to the beach it took no longer than a 5-6 minute walk to get to the beach. We also choose to cook all our meals in their perfectly stocked kitchen by having groceries delivered via instacart from the closest publix. We always had everything we needed to cook with right there in the kitchen. Lastly the rooftop, we spent countless nights on the turfed roof lounging and watching fireworks while roasting s’mores or just having a night snack. We made countless memories at this townhouse and we will definitely be back. Thank you Glori and your family for opening up your house and allowing my family and me to make it ours for a week!

We absolutely loved this house!! I was shocked and delighted with all the amenities. We usually pay to rent bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas but this house had everything we needed for the week!! We have never stayed in such a well thought out vacation home. It's clear from the moment you step in the door that the owners have tried to provide you with everything you need for an amazing week. The house was beautiful with a great balcony and an amazing rooftop view!! Plenty of room for a group of six to spread out. Our teen boys enjoyed the downstairs pool/beach room and my husband and I spent most of our nights relaxing on the rooftop. This was by far our favorite home we have rented with VRBO!!

This property is nothing short of perfection! The owners have taken care of everything you can imagine. Having rented through VRBO for years, I can say that this property and its owners go above and beyond. Providing little touches like garbage bags and spices and coffee may seem trivial but it makes a huge difference when you don’t have to purchase all those items. The location of this townhome in relation to the beach and things to do is ideal...short walk to everything. The home itself is fantastic. The rooftop deck was perfect for watching New Years Eve fireworks and the first floor pool lounge was ideal for packing up to go to the beach or relaxing after being in the pool. The elevator is a great surprise...especially for sending luggage back and forth. The amenities provided for the beach were also much appreciated! The wagon is a lifesaver and the chairs And beach mats were well-used. Plus they provided 2 coolers and plenty of beach towels. There are brand new bikes in the garage that we didn’t use but looked like fun. This house is truly a dream and we will recommend to anyone and everyone and book again ourselves if we are back in Clearwater again...but I imagine it will be booked solid from here on out!
